Hager Design operates as an independent studio for design and applied research, working across objects, visual systems, and contextual analysis.
The studio’s approach is rooted in the Italian radical design lineage of Studio Alchimia. Its formation was shaped through direct collaboration with Alessandro Guerriero in Milan, where design was treated as a cultural and analytical practice rather than a stylistic one.
Analytical and media-contextual training was further developed through work with Francesco Monico, focusing on affect, mass media, and the structural analysis of contemporary cultural systems.
This formation informs a practice oriented toward clarity, structural thinking, and the development of coherent systems rather than isolated artifacts.
Depending on project context, work is developed independently or in collaboration and distributed through dedicated platforms and publications.
